A concrete mixer truck includes: a driving device that drives a mixer drum to rotate; a pressure sensor that detects a pressure of the working fluid in the driving device; a material introduction determination unit that determines whether or not a material for generating the mixed concrete has been introduced into the mixer drum; a pressure determination unit that determines whether or not the
Nov 18, 2020 · Introduction of professional knowledge of concrete mixer truck. Concrete mixer truck has been commonly used in our life, because the mixing ratio of concrete transported by the mixer is scientific and, so most of the construction sites are using the mixer truck now. But we don't know much about the professional knowledge of the mixer truck…

Parts of Concrete Mixer Machine. Cement mixers parts are simple because the best concrete mixer has compact structure and reasonable layout. The compact cement mixer generally consists of several systems, including feeding system, mixing system, discharging system, water supply system and electric control system.
4. Once the concrete is discharged from the central mixer and into a concrete mixing truck, mix the contents at full mixing speed for 5 minutes. Note: Depending on the mixing action in the central mixing system, the UltraFiber 500® fibers may already be dispersed properly so Step 4 above could be skipped. This must be confirmed by checking the

Jun 29, 2016 · by Sandra. Since its stabilization, the stationary concrete plants produced by Talenet Group are well-accepted in construction market at home and abroad. The specially designed mixing system is a crucial reason of it, and the reasons are explained as the following items. The mixing system mainly adopts JS twin shaft concrete mixers, which consist of aggregates feeding system, mixing system, water supplying system, discharging system, electrical system …
Concrete mixer trucks work through a process of mixing and agitating cement. These unique trucks are filled with dry materials and water, which are then mixed together while in transit. The key to a concrete mixer truck is that the cement remains in a liquid state through the …
Dec 10, 2019 · The water supply system for cleaning uses a DC motor pump to extract water from the water storage tank, and flushes the mixer truck through a water pipe nozzle. The water storage capacity of its water tank is not large, generally between 200 ~ 250L. If the water supply system of the concrete mixer truck requires a large water tank, the water storage capacity is generally not less than 600L.
aggregates, etc., 25 gallons of added water per yard of Ready-Mix is a good criteria. Average size of hot water tank on each truck will be 150 gallon capacity. Modern hot water systems for this industry are designed to supply 180°F water. This is not to imply that water of this temperature is to be directly mixed
The concrete mixer is a kind of machine that can mix the cement, aggregate and water together to make concrete mixture. The equipment is mainly composed of mixing drum, feeding and discharging system, water supply system, transmission mechanism and supporting device. Concrete mixers are the necessary equipment in many construction sites.
Mobile Batcher Mixed Concrete (Continuous Mixer) Mobile volumetric mixers are special trucks (Fig. 10-7) that batch by volume and continuously mix concrete as the dry concrete ingredients, water, and admixtures are continuously fed into a mixing trough, typically an auger system. The concrete must conform to ASTM C 685
SCHWING-Stetter truck-mixer pumps. The product group speaks for itself: Truck-mixer concrete pumps from SCHWING-Stetter are the optimum solution for transporting and placing small and medium quantities of concrete. They combine the best of both product groups and are excellently suited for covering peak application periods.
A second confusion is that the ready-mixed (alternatively: ready-mix) concrete industry is the same as the industry of precast or prefabricated concrete products. Ready-mixed concrete is the fluid form of concrete delivered to construction sites in the familiar barrel-backed mixer trucks (not "cement" trucks!) and poured into a desired shape.
Concrete mixer trucks typically have a water tank mounted on the truck. This water should never be added to the concrete batch unless approved by the engineer. Occasionally, the use of an absorptive aggregate, such as recycled aggregate, will cause a drop in the slump of the mix as water is withdrawn from the mortar into the aggregate.
